Some cleanup and speeding in XML parsing. Make xml2list create a more homogeneus list, removing some unneded nesting, and making #text nodes similar no
standard nodes (easier for list2xml). Added new method GetXmlNodeChildren, that makes parsing easier, and cleaned up some procedures.

Merged asyncresolver from trunk

First version of asynchronous host name resolver.

To make it work:

build utils/asyncresolver (edit Makefile to set paths, and run make).

It will be loaded automatically when amsn starts (at the end of amsncore.tcl). Socket command will be replaced, and host name resolution will be done
asynchronously.

It would be great to integrate the build in the main Makefile...

Making honor to the nickname my workmates have given to me ('pulidor',
which means 'polisher' or 'polish man'), I'll try to do some refactoring
on cleanup on AMSN, specially trying to reduce memory usage and startup
time.

FIXED: When sending a message to an user not in contact list, if the user was offline, then status was cached and never checked again. Only way to send a message was adding to contact list, or loging out and in again.
MessageTo was refactores to queue message if this is not sent as an offline message. Also, try to send typing notification, as this tries to reconnect to SB and re-checks user status.
