Fix #812 - Show amount of loaded titles after loading a saved playlist

When a playlist from last.fm is loading using the playlists screen
jump to the loaded playlist just like a local playlist would.

Add support for generating playlists from top tracks or loved tracks
on last.fm

The way it works is that it looks up either top tracks or loved tracks
on last.fm and then it looks up the files in the local database. If
any files are found, the playlist is changed to the tracks that are
matched.
