Rename kplato -> plan + new app and mime icons

App and mime is in line 245 - 248
Generally I intended to use the same icons as for kplato as kplato is essentially dead.
Except they include the KOffice logo. Maybe just remove the logo?

Also icons for planwork is missing. This is a helper app for plan, essentially a todo list.
I was thinking of using the same icon as for plan with a "mark" like in the view-calendar-tasks icon.

Fix bugs in scheduling of milestones with time constraints,
remove uncorrect log messages and improve ui.

A milestone is a task with 0 estimate, or
if it has a FixedInterval time constraint, the start- and end constraint time is equal.

The task editor does as follows:
If you have a task with an estimate not equal 0,
setting type to Milestone will set estimate to 0.
Setting type to Effort or Duration again, will set estimate to 1d.

If you have a task with FixedInterval time constraint,
setting type to Milestone will set End Constraint equal to Start Constraint.
Setting type To Effort or Duration will set End Constraint to
Start Constrant + 1 day.
