Fix for bug #176105 : "Could not find the program 'eclipse'".

The pid of the application was checked after the application exited, so it was always zero.
When this occured, the application was searched in the path, and when it isn't found, an error message is displayed.

Fix the firstTime thing.
My previous fix (a few months ago) deleted any empty paragraph on the top of the document.
This fix don't check for any text added in the document, instead it looks for handled tags. That's closer to the 'old' firstTime behaviour

This branch implements support for page styles (also known as master styles) in KWord.
This support brings many functionnalities, for instance different headers/footers in a document, multiple page layout per document...

The change affects quite a lot of things in KWord, but this feature is really important and is worth being in KWord 2.0.
