These chunks are recognized (Molfile, InChI, CML) and substreams passed to indexer children for analysis, making use of the powerful Jstreams and Strigi architecture
This analyzer does not extract any image-related information, this task remains to pngendstreamanalyzer in Strigi. | # | | 20:28 on Aug 21, 2007 | KDE | Commit by goncearenco :: r703048 strigi-chemical/trunk/playground/utils/strigi-chemical/src/cml/CMakeLists.txt: Fixed openbabel helper path | # | | 20:25 on Aug 21, 2007 | KDE | Commit by goncearenco :: r703047 strigi-chemical/trunk/playground/utils/strigi-chemical/src/mdl-sdfile/: MDL SD file endAnalyzer has been moved to Strigi main branch | # | | 20:25 on Aug 21, 2007 | KDE | Commit by goncearenco :: r703046 strigi-chemical/trunk/playground/utils/strigi-chemical/src/mdl-molfile/ (3 files): Completely reworked MOL parser. It parses format according to MDL documentation and does not add any overhead due to correct signature recognition. | # | | 19:44 on Aug 21, 2007 | KDE | Commit by goncearenco :: r703028 strigi-chemical/trunk/playground/utils/strigi-chemical/ (4 files in 3 dirs): Strigi-chemical is the name of the project kfile-chemical is obsolete | # | | 19:43 on Aug 21, 2007 | KDE | Commit by goncearenco :: r703027 strigi-chemical/trunk/playground/utils/strigi-chemical/src/inchi/ (5 files): greatly improved InChI mining this is a greedy analyzer that reads everything to find InChI chemical identifiers it can even fix spaces in InChI's. Number of entries and version are also extracted InChI-X is removed because there is no much sense in another greedy analyzer doing same work, I have no samples of inchi-x and this shlould be implemented as a SAX parser based on InChI namespace primary filter | # | | 19:38 on Aug 21, 2007 | KDE | Commit by goncearenco :: r703025 strigi-chemical/trunk/playground/utils/strigi-chemical/src/inchi-generator/ (3 files): Inchi-generator is a sample user of OpenBabel Helper facility. Should become obsolete when other analyzers will make use of OB helper | # | | 19:37 on Aug 21, 2007 | KDE | Commit by goncearenco :: r703023 strigi-chemical/trunk/playground/utils/strigi-chemical/src/openbabel-helper/ (4 files): Added OpenBabel Helper available as a Singleton threadsafe facility | # | | 23:40 on Aug 20, 2007 | KDE | Commit by goncearenco :: r702648 strigi/trunk/kdesupport/strigi/src/streamanalyzer/fieldproperties/strigi_chemistry.fieldproperties: Updated Chemistry fieldproperties. TODO: Need a review for consistence before migration of this chemical ontology to XESAM standards. TODO: Need a review for consistence before migration of this chemical ontology to XESAM standards. It fast and clearly destinguishes between any stream and SD stream and more: between MOL and SD.
TODO: move both substream provider and endAnalyzer to Strigi-chemical, once API allows. | # |
