Finally fixing the ellusive telescope wizard crash bug. It was finally traced to the propagation of the signals and slots among different objects, some of which get deleted causing a seg fault. By using QueuedConnection, the problem is now gone.

This should fix bug 189399.
"Jupiter" might be translated in some languages, so putting an i18n on
the findByName call should prevent it from returning NULL and crashing
KStars. This should not introduce new strings as "Jupiter" is
translated elsewhere.
I can't test this fix because I don't have a language that translates
the string 'Jupiter', but it leaves the German and English versions
(that don't translate Jupiter) untouched. Please test this fix and
close the bug if it works.

In this changeset clone function is implemented. It allows safe
copying of objects. E.g. KSPlanet stored as SkyObject* pointer
would be copied as KSPlanet and not sliced.
For all subclasses of SkyObject but DeepSkyObject copy
constructors are removed. In most cases they are pretty useless
and could be replaced with default implementations.
* Changes in copy constructors
- Trail in TrailObject wasn't copied. Now it's copied
- const annotation added in DeepSkyObject copy constructor
* Overloaded assignment operator in EclipticPosition
(skyobjects/ksplanetbase.h) removed. Default
implementation would be just fine too.
Please note, despite the fact that a lot of files are changed
only conjustion tool is affected by this change. Objects of
SkyObject class family are not copied much.

Eliminate possible double free problem in SkyObject.
AuxInfo wasn't copied in the copy ctor pointer to it was copied
instead. So if object was copied AuxInfo wuold be be deleted twice and
program will most likely crash.
This is solved via Qt mechanism for implicit data sharing.
QSharedDataPointer & QSharedData.

- When the coordinate under the cursor is copied to the
clipboard using the left mouse button menu, it is also provided in the
clipboard as GPX and KML (can be retrieved by other applications by
requesting data in the respective mime-types). This makes it easy for
applications to understand coordinates independent of the plain-text
format.

sorry for the huge commit.. i've been offline a lot (due to backpacking)
and i've been holding up this stuff during the freeze (should have
opened a branch, i know). on top of that i messed up my .svn dirs so i
lost all timestamps and therefor some files have no changes yet appear
changed.
on the good side of things, of lot of work got done:
* add no-highlighting run mode (speed things up drastically)
* F2 context help works now (still have to update the handbook pages)
* antialiassing for export to PNG, like on Canvas itseelf
* export to SVG added.. turtle not exported into the picture (have to
wait for later Qt, or very ugly, or someones clever workaround)
* row/col statusbar bug fixed
* when looking at errors tab and running again switch back to canvas
automatically
* added html export for code
* shuffled the menu items around a bit. new: Canvas and Run menus;
moved View actions into Settings
* added printing of the canvas
* replaced commandline execution mode with DBUS interface
* added RSpec some initial unittests (in Ruby) that make use of the
DBUS interface
* made a syntax highlighting nicer (more style categories)
probably some more got done/fixed/removed, but these are the main things
for this commit.

Test on __linux__ is wrong as the behaviour does not depends on the kernel
but on the userland, that is GNU libc, tested by __GLIBC__. Test on
__FreeBSD__ and __NetBSD__ are correct though as they represent both the
kernel and the userland.
The patch does not remove __linux__ in the patch to be as conservative as
possible.

Making forceUpdate() do what it claims to do.
forceUpdate() claims to recompute all object positions, whereas stars
were left out of this after JIT Update was introduced.
This commit makes sure that the update IDs are incremented when
forceUpdate() is called, thus making sure that star positions are
recomputed as well.
