don't set a feedback string when the answer is wrong and you can't enter anything any more

showing nothing is better than showing "please try again" for now. in the future a better text should be set.

if a word hasn't been practiced yet, grade 1 is the grade for wrong words and the grade will be set to 2 if you answer correctly
