A relatively nasty hack around some fairly odd stuff going on in the PHP API - for example a constructor for the Directory class which is not a constructor, but rather a function which returns an instance of the class. Weird,
but at least this one works. Now just to figure out why the function still is not recognized... help kplzthx? ;)

Make sure that the relative links inside the wikipedia HTML is forcibly made into absolute links (yes, this is deep linking, but we're showing wikipedia data as wikipedia data, not stealing any credz here)

Fix: Reinhardt cb theme now uses highlight colours for Albums By This Artist

Changed the style to use AMAROK_FONTSIZE for links, too... This fixes some inconsistencies, but also causes the font to look a bit large, unless you set it manually. Also, make Wiki tab prettier again, H* are now styled
