Update the links menu, tidied it up so images and text are in the same link. The new icons that are escaped correctly.

Added a link to the planetkde.org and kde homepage.

The html should render correctly on ie6 ie7.

The width has been made slightly smaller so that it can fit nicely on 800px width eee pc e.g.

Tidied and updated the css.

For css3 compat browsers at the bottom the horizontal bar above the footer is hidden.

New background images.

protocolous.js - Scriptaculous and Prototype Javascript Libraries Combined
index.php - Raw page
css-kde.php - Generates css code (In the future may be simplified into a raw css file to reduce the burden placed on the server.) Currently Accessibility support isn't really necessary.

Content.php - at the top a global array variable holds the different contents pages.
the array key is the name that matches the content page in directory pages/ and the value is the text that goes on the menu

An unlimited amount maybe added

Made some changes
The scratchpad id of the event is found by default, so a sql query to find it was unnecessary. This is then added to array.

The while array was simplified aswell.
