As Martin pointed out, it's technically more "up" than "back". I've
currently called the shortcut "Previous Browser", but the naming is up for
discussion.

Added experimental "go back" button for browser widget.

Inspired by the Kickoff KDE menu, I've added a tall vertical button on
the left side of the browsers. Clicking it makes you go up one level in
the browser categories.

I think this makes it easier to navigate in the new browser, as the
breadcrumb widget alone is a bit cumbersome to use. However, making it
look nice is difficult (try uncommenting the style sheet line).

Don't draw inactive breadcrumb items with light font, as this would
indicate that you cannot click them. Instead use normal font (and bold
for active).

I'd like to hear opinions from others if this is a worthwhile addition.

Thanks for the patch to Oscar <borkdox at gmail dot com>. I've made one
important change to the patch: The "All Stations" mode became default,
so that the service initially behaves exactly like before.
