Implement tag removal upon drop to m_available. Seems that the code is
somewhat deadlock-prone (or infinite-loop-prone?), uh. Need to

More work on tag filter, mostly drag and drop handling improvements:

• only accept drop if it actually is a valid tag
• only accept drops over active frames
• update the decided list immediately upon drop, do not wait till filtering is finished The above give a lot better feeling (due to more exact feedback) to tag manipulation.

Implement part of drag and drop functionality for tag filter. Neither
removal nor tag negation works, but it's a start. And there's
something getting stuck somewhere in the filtering for a rather long
