Comply with INDI wire protocol for sending enableBLOB. Delete temp files are fitsviewer shows them. Thank Gerry for reporting this!

Enable BLOB handling policy to be set per property, and not per device as previously defined. This will enable the user to fine-tune which BLOBs to receive from drivers.

Fixing a crash in observing list wizard due to over-decrementing objects by the filters. Since this was an unsigned integer, it rolls back to a value of about 4,294,966,847 and causes a crash. I updated the wizard to be much more efficient in elliminating targets without putting heavy load on the system. Furthermore, I added a time limit range as suggested by Fabien to limit the observing period.

Utilizing EquipmentWriter for telescope management instead of telescope properties widget in order to have one location in KStars to manage all equipments. Fixed a bug in loading and saving of telescopes in EquipmentWriter, and added facility to incorporate the INDI driver in the XML schema for OAL. It's not official yet but I'll submit my suggestion to the group.

Updating documentation to reflect support for radio sources catalogs

+ Fixed import catalog crash.
+ Added support for radio sources, but it can technically support any non-optical data as well. I'll add a radio source catalog to GetNewStuff for the strongest radio sources known now. The radio support was required since my radio
  telescope is already being controlled by KStars, but this step adds data as well.
+ Added Details dialog shortcut in the find dialog since it can become tedious to right click on the skymap just to recall the detail dialog of some object, for DSOs this can become challenging.
