sometimes the processed size is largest than the total size. it seems to be due the filejob written signal is not fully sincronized with kget logic, so now we set the processedbytes counter on the slotWritten function to keep it syncronized with all segments data counters

now multisegkio use the search capabilities of mirrorsearch engine. so remove all search engine code form multisegkio plugin. now it dwell on mirrorsearch plugin

it implements the new inter plugin data change interface "transferdatasource"
now we have a global search engine capability that may be used by others plugins

Remove the speedlimiter implementation based on resume,suspend calls. this will be implemented on slavebase.
Adds a new interface for containers transfers like metalink. named TransferDataSource.
the idea is to suply data to the container plugin through this interface .
so Multisegkio and bittorrent plugings should implements this interface.

this is the initial commint for this new approach, more will come.
while implementing it on multisegkio.
the interface may change until development, so ideas are wellcome
