Add a ton of debug to try to track down a strange issue with the "copy to collection" action of the audio cd only triggereing some times and not consistently. Also add a potential fix that however does not make a lot of sense to me...

Make the playlist "unactivate" the last played track when it reaches the end (as defined by the current navigator). This allows pressing play later on to start the playlist from the top (or whereever the navigator thinks it should start) and not just keep playing the last played track.

RFC: Experiments with an app wide colored toolbar that lines up with the toolbar in the context view. Its not perfectly consistent yet, mainly it needs to be added to all the terminl categories in the browsers, and it has other issues still.
Also, hhis will lead to empty toolbars in some (many) cases, but it adds symmetry.

Make the ToolbarView truely transparent. This means that the toolbar no longer has to fill itself with the window color (which will likely not be the correct color because of the overall window gradient) to avoid having a white background behind the rounded corners.

Actually make cd tracks playable again. For now it does not keep track of whether cd tracks in the playlist actually belongs to the cd currently in the drive.
