Checkin of a patch from Marijn Kruisselbrink:

Marijn wrote the following database tables:
 - akademy_registrant_day
 - akademy_registrant_option
 - akademy_day
 - akademy_accommodation
 - akademy_accommodation_day
 - akademy_option

So now we have our datamodel in place. I've added uninstall code and removed a few typos...

Improved some more things:
 - Implemented backtrace, needed in an extraordinary case
 - Finished the first tab, the registration form itself
 - Improved and polished the workflow: messages, redirects, validation checks.
 - Implemented the saving of registrations, fully works now.
 - More minor and forgotten changes.

Early check-in of the node.tpl.php refactor and some cleanup. There is still harcoded stuff so fixes will follow. Do not use this revision until it is tested well.
