Restore wide-area browsing. Like before, domain is specified in host part of the URL, like:
zeroconf://dns-sd.org/_ftp._tcp . Lack of host means default domain so existing functionality

Do not blindly assume that contents are HTML file.
It is also can be plain text - AportisDoc format.
I don't think many of those are still around but it is simpler to make them display properly
than tweak mime rules to make sure that they will be ignored by Okular.

AportisDoc files can be easily mistaken for mobipocket and they have only 16 byte headers.
