Probably a good idea to rename these directories as well

Thanks to Jos for alerting me that there might be complaints
about this as well. The other places where "kword",
"kpresenter" and "kspread" are used are descriptive of the
old file formats from the 1.x era of KOffice, so should not
be renamed.

Rename the "kofficetests" directory, because Thomas Zander has
asked for that.

" * Calligra people are continuing to use the name koffice in svn for

Limit the size of patterns to fit in 1000x1000

Otherwise it's too easy to run out of memory by opening the pattern chooser
when working on a big image.
