Fixed bug were Qt's connect isn't smart enough to handle namespaces ...
used typedef as a workaround ... issue was mentioned on qt-interest
mailing list in 2006!

Now changing the projection works again.

Added a check for kde4, so that marble can be build without the rest of kdeedu but with kde integration
removed the CMAKE_PACKAGE_ROOT variable introduced by wolff, this is handled by cmake (ie by calling make install DESTDIR=/your/path/)
