Sort of make libplasmaweather work. It still does not sync sources if you initially add/remove them then click the change button right now. You have to close the window then open it for it to take effect. Hacky. This is part of the FIXME for WeatherEngine to make this all work sanely. But at least people can start writing ions. Petri, let's discuss this tomorrow.

Forgive me for sinning, use a Q_PROPERTY to get aronud the problem of not being able to update the WeatherEngine until we have a nicer solution. This does work however. a FIXME
