Allow overriding a few variables from the config.ini file:

l10nmodule - name of the module if it differs from mainmodule
l10npath - path to l10n data if it differs from mainmodule
docpath - path segment to doc if it differs from doc/<application>

Make sure not to try to delete the same transaction twice in case of multiple selected transactions.
Don't allow to delete the empty transaction at the end of the ledger.
