Add support for Sun Raster images, Read-only for now. This currently supports the most common variants in the wild
(about 95% of the images I've encountered). It does not yet do run-length-encoded images, or 1-bit color depth images.
It fails without crashing on the variants it doesn't support. Image loading testing in Gwenview and company.

I'm not checking in changes to CMakeLists.txt yet, since I'd like some third party testing first. For now, edit
CMakeLists.txt to add this to the build list.

Update Try KDE to be relatively recent.
Remove most 3.x references, and blurb talking about how KDE 4 is shiney new stuff.

Remove klik references, as that project seems dead or dormant, and is not a good way to Try KDE currently.
