Revision bumping libp11 to set the doc USE flag to be enabled by default. The doc use flag is only supposed to be used when document generation either pulls in additional dependencies, or requires significant generation time. Copying HTML files doesn't qualify. Users wishing to not get documentation should try FEATURES=nodoc, instead. Thanks.

Remove hard-coded file names and pull the actual names from the nagios.cfg file, so we're accurate even if the user has chosen different names from the defaults.

Change the status.sav to status.dat to match Nagios default and add a process_nsca function, to dump the contents of a nsca.dump file into the command file.
