Don't use the Akonadi namespace for unfinished code; use AkonadiFuture instead. This allows the kdepim module to build vs future releases of its libs where the unfinished code has migrated into the stable Akonadi namespace.

Revert the whitespace changes included in the ICQ server change because
mixing functional and cosmetic changes makes distro patches for the
functional change harder to verify. My next commit will reinstate
them.
