Fix nasty bug in CV that showed misplaced containments after resizing and changing containments.
The problem was that plasma libs changes containments positions after a containment is resized to prevent them to overlap eachother.

Make sure containments have the correct zoom level in setContainment.
Added a layer to add mouse hover on containments in zoom out mode. The "Zoom In" string would be nice to have but we can keeponly the zoom icon if it's much problem.
