3DRender preferences: Remove OpenGL text

Prevent trademark issues with "OpenGL" text.
Rename OpenGL preference pane "3D Rendering"
Update catkeys
Add a better image to 3D Rendering preferences (we can change this if there are objections, just trying to pretty the pane up a little)
