This little mistake produces the following problem:
1. start a ppp connection
2. attach an ipsecX interface to the pppX interface (ipsec tncfg ...)
3. stop the ppp connection
-> The ppp Interface is blocked and the Kernel-Log shows this:
kernel: unregister_netdevice: waiting for ppp2 to become free. Usage count = -1
