 Leak fix, added a comment and appropriate fix regarding the fact that an NSUnarchiver's decodeObject return value is retained by the NSUnarchiver object itself (we now retain] autorelease] it to make its life indepedent of the unarchiver).
It should also be noted that these changes (along with the previous commit) fix the problem with attributed strings not storing any of their font/color information in Jaguar.
