rework patch for bug report: 140408
get rid of the introduced variable ::Login::reconnecting, and reuse
::JUI::GetConnectState and ::JUI::SetConnectState, and introduce a new
state reconnecting there. Also when reconnecting, show the red stop
button to allow the user to stop the reconnection attempts.
TODO: After stopping auto-reconnection, it still tries to connect one
time before it really stops.
