Allow a shorter list of dynamics to override the default. If More is selected the default one becomes active. As yet there is no command to set the shorter list - mine is in my personal denemo.scm, and just has f and p, as these are all that are used in the early 18th c and so it cuts down the keystrokes selecting a dynamic in that case. http://git.sv.gnu.org/cgit/denemo.git/commit/?id=636968e95919b1907765600159e443da82815cb3

Ameliorate the reset of fluidsynth that is being done after every playback. Specifically, re-set the immediate playback pref for pitch spelling. What was done before for "all notes off"?
