Edje Player was merged in edje/src/bin

NOTE: this had 2 nice examples, one being a clock and another being a
      calculator. But they were being provided as binary edj, and the
      clock was using old-style 1-image-per-degree instead of Map. I
      guess that Dave or someone else could introduce them using newer
      technologies under edje/doc/examples, as Dave is already doing
      with some lua examples.

Eve (WebKit browser) is dead.

webkit-efl will be released in few weeks and the new API is completely
different, making eve a dead browser.

When we publish new webkit-efl we'll add a new version of eve that
uses the new api and is more finger-friendly.
