lipo fails if it is already lipoed, so run lipo on the copy after it is copied, but use the source as input.

Give priority to darwin ports over fink because it tends to build better.
Also, if you happen to have OTREncryption built on another architecture, and name it properly within the build dir, it will now lipo them together so you can have a universal plugin.
