Install the glib log handler for G_LOG_FLAG_RECURSION | G_LOG_FLAG_FATAL,
even though the glib 2.x implementation is buggy and will not call the
user-defined handler correctly on recursion but will call its default
implementation instead.

qrt_update_create(): must not use the default routing patch if its size
is not matching that of the current routing table.
This will fix the long-standing bug where gtk-gnutella rightfully reported
that another gtk-gnutella peer sent a patch sequence message that overflowed
the advertised table size (the wrong size was sent in the QRP RESET message).

Added pmap_overrule() to handle cases where the kernel would free up memory
we flagged as "foreign" earlier and starts allocating pages there. The kernel
is always right, so if it starts allocating somewhere, we have to overrule any
previous indication we had.

When using SDBM, returned pointers to keys and values have no strict
boundary alignment, hence hashing functions working on the returned SDBM keys
must be prepared to handle unaligned parameters: introduced uint64_mem_hash()
and uint64_mem_eq() for this purpose.
