Fixed opening of CBR/RAR comics protected by a password, which resulted in the progress dialog getiing stuck. Instead this results in an error message, which unfortunaltely reads rather confusing due unrar's error text:

  cannot run console command: Encrypted file:  CRC failed in some.jpg (password incorrect ?)

If you want to read such archives, you have to extract them using another tool and repack them without a password.

Moved images to jomic-images.zip and language files to jomic-languages.zip. The files in these archives can be easily replaced by for example other toolbar images or extended with other languages. For all this, there is no need to access the repository or any of the developer tools.
