Fix linking with newest binutils/gold

The link failures for the "test" directory have not been fixed; you
might better add the QtSql and QtNetwork libraries to the link
interface libraries of the aki libs, but "sockettest" really needs
kdeui :)

Added functionality and better support to handling the dialogue. Once you start adding identities and updating options, they will automatically update the database.
