The quicktime plugin gets very confused if we resize it twice. First we do show(), then resize() to the right size, and the initial show gives a size of 100x30. The result was quicktime being offset by some strange amount to the top-left. This patch avoids resize()ing the plugin when the widget isn't yet visible.
