-try to make kdeutils build if kdebase is installed separately from kdelibs:
-add KDE4WORKSPACE_INCLUDE_DIR as include dir
-use KDE4WORKSPACE_SOLIDOCONTROL_LIBRARY instead of soldcontrol for linking
-remove link_directories(), this was just a hack to get it linking in the common case
