Woha, chunks are gone - introducing a tree-traversal based z-ordered rendering system,
after loooong discussions with Eric & Rob. This makes KCanvas really faster again, though
quite some stuff is "broken" at the moment - which is logical after such big changes.
In detail:

• progressive rendering needs to be disabled for containers with temp buffers
• grabBuffer() needs Rob's new context system to give any results
• collisions() needs to be checked
• delayed image loading (fetch from http) & wheter it displays automatically on the canvas
• geometry/style/transform updates caused by Animations/JavaScript
• DEFERED DRAWING SYSTEM. aka. Use QWidget::update(const QRect &)
