Fix the tab rendering, and take over the column width calculations.
Until now tabs have been done by expanding tabs to a specific number of spaces, which is only correct some of the time - it completely breaks (evil) code that uses tabs for alignment.
Now we let Qt do it for us, by fidilling with QFontMetrics and Qt::TextFlags.
This commit also puts us halfway towards fixing the horizontal scrollbar ranges. Completion of the horizontal scrollbar range fixes depends on the upcoming rewrite of applying/merging diffs.

This was caused by the slotSetSelection() signal arriving at KompareSplitter
before the childEvents generated by adding the KompareListViewFrames.
KompareSplitter's internal list of listviews is empty until the childEvents
arrive, so slotSetSelection did not get propagated to the listviews, so
they remained blank.
Fixed by forcing the delivery of childEvents at the end of komparesplitter's
constructor with kapp->sendPostedEvents(this,QEvent::ChildInserted);
will backport to branch.

This commit introduces the start of a navigation system, and gets rid of komparenavtreepart.
Kompare3_branch will be quite painful to use until from now until the nav system is finished, because I havn't written the new file-list widget yet.
