src/ltdl.h: apply changes from FC14 patch 32_scim-1.4.8-fix-dlopen.patch

32_scim-1.4.8-fix-dlopen.patch had previously been applied only partially.
It's now fully applied. Let's hope this fixes the compile time issues in
